​​Personal training offers a private training session at a venue to suit you – outside, at home, at work – wherever is easiest for you.

All personal training options include:

  • Free initial consultation (usually about 1hr) to discuss your goals and objectives and get an understanding of current lifestyle and to agree a plan of action!
  • A comprehensive fitness programme for the duration of your personal training package
  • Health checks at beginning and at agreed intervals depending on each individual’s requests
  • Fitness assessments at the beginning and at agreed intervals depending on each individual’s requests
  • Optional - review and analysis of a food diary (food diary will be given to you to complete at the initial consultation) and healthy eating advice


Personal Training

- with food diary & nutritional advice

£40 per 1hr session

£280 for booking of 8 sessions

£360 for booking of 12 sessions



Personal Training

- just the training, no nutrition advice 

£35 per 1hr session
£240 for booking of 8 sessions
£320 for booking of 12 sessions


Joint training with a friend / partner

- all prices are the same as above, just split the cost between however many of you there are!

Train with someone else for that extra motivation


Depending on availability, sessions can be taken weekly, twice weekly or fortnightly if preferred.


The above 8 and 12 week options are a standard service offering but if this doesn't suit you or you'd like something a little bit different, no problem.  All services that I offer are changeable, inter-changeable and variable so therefore just get in touch with your requirements and I'll come back to you with your bespoke options and prices.
